- Irrelevant Content:
- Reviews that are not relevant to the organization’s services or mission, including unrelated complaints or comments, will be excluded.
- Duplicative Content:
- Multiple reviews from the same user with identical or very similar content will be removed to maintain fairness and accuracy.
