Setting up or Managing Your Profile

We check a nonprofit’s accreditation status with the Internal Revenue Service before adding them to the Incredible Hearts database (IRS). After confirmation, we investigate their history (past and present) to ensure their authenticity and check on their involvement with the communities they serve.

STEP 1

To start, search for your organization first. You can do so by entering your EIN or organization’s name in the search option.

STEP 2

After finding your organization “Claim” it. Click on the tab “Claim Nonprofit” underneath your nonprofit/charity name.

STEP 3

If you have not found your nonprofit/charity profile, you must add it. Go to “Create Account

Once you have found your nonprofit, it’s time to “Claim it”.

We’ll send you an email to let you know that your ‘claim’ has been received and is being reviewed. If you claim a nonprofit, it means you are the owner, vice president, CEO, director, or management of the organization. To discuss your role, we’ll contact you via website, social media, email, or phone.

How to Find and Claim You Nonprofit

Donations can be collected right from your Incredible Hearts profile page

Our smart automated marketing system makes raising money fast and simple. Participants simply enter the contact information of friends, family, and other supporters, and the Incredible Hearts fundraising platform goes to work. What is the cost of starting a fundraiser?

The setup of your personalized fundraising site is free. However, there is a minor platform maintenance cost of $4.50 that is deducted from each gift, as well as a credit card fee of $2.9% + $.30 per donation. $35.00 has been set as the minimum donation for all donor campaigns.

GivingKindly’s donation platform is powered by Stripe, which levies the aforementioned transaction fee of 2.9% + 30 cents. Transaction fees do not generate revenue for Incredible Hearts.

Your organization profile page will instantly be connected to GivingKindly from their Incredible Hearts profile page.

Are there any limits on the number of fundraisers we may host or how long our campaign can last?

We recommend that you only run one fundraiser at a time. You don’t want to exhaust the generosity of your family and friends. While a campaign’s duration is unrestricted, keep in mind that the larger the amount you’re seeking, extending the time will get you closer to your goal

A thank-you gift really sets the Incredible Hearts donation platform, GivingKindy, apart from other online fundraisers. How do donors receive their thank you gift?

Donors receive a thank you email with easy instructions on how to log in and register for the discount network. It includes print-and-save coupons at 300,000 merchants and over 200,000 show-your-phone-and-save mobile coupons.

Donors can use this discount network for 12 months after registering.
